Can't get on the game

Hi, just made an account (finally), and I can't get on the game now, is it a server problem?

What exactly are you having trouble with?... Can't log in? Game won't work? What?

I try to log in the game, and it saying that it's a failed attempt for something...

Well..
If you have any symbols in your password, (!@#$%^&*) then you have to change it since you can't log in with a password with symbols in it.
If there was a problem with the server, it would be offline. Look at the top. 'Online'. So, I doubt the server is having issues. Feralheart requires internet connection, so you might wanna check if it's perfect.

I got a good connection, and there is no symbols, so I dunno :/

Are you sure?
Just make sure that you have good internet, password is checked, all of that. I actually had the same problem and probably the reason is your Firewall or Virus Protection is blocking Feralheart from accessing the internet actually. (That's how I solved my problem. Let FH go through Firewall and McAfee.)

I don't use McAfee, and I don't reckon my firewall stops it cause if so wouldn't it kept me from downloading it?

You're twisting what I'm saying. xD McAfee is mine, you don't need McAfee. :I I got it through and Firewall. And check Firewall, it blocks things from accessing programs through the internet. (Certain ones.)

There should be a little Microsoft icon that leads you to the menu of things. Such as turning off your computer. There should be a search bar and type in Firewall.
