Please help!

Hi all, my friend have this problem: http://zoyris.deviantart.com/art/FH-ban-problem-361487974?ga_submit_new=10%253A1364226819 (sorry for posting on DV, i don't know how to put a screen hereXD). Anyway every times she tries to enter into the game appears this ban. With hers accaunt and mine (i give her my password for test if it works) and this ban still here. So she gives me her password, I try to log in with her accaunt and it works normally. Can anyone help her to remove that ban? (I'm REALLY sorry for my bad english, we are italian).

You can't removes bans. This bans means you did something bad by breaking a FeralHeart rule, but if you have any questions..I suggested you PM a mod or admin.

Yeah i know that, but she hasn't got a ban, because I tryed to login to the game with her accaunt, and it still works normally, she hasn't got a ban because she hasn't broke the rules of the game.

Just adding on here

It's been said quite a few times that users shouldn't share their account information with other users. I understand if your friend trusts you and all and you're trying to help her but if her account is banned as it shows in that screenie then you could have risked getting your address banned too just for opening her account even if you did nothing wrong. In the future try not to do that. Even though your intentions were good it could have cost you.
