Ive had plenty of help with maps; but one thing still bugs me.
How big can the map be? (width)
I've heard the largest is 30,000 but I've been in working 40,000 maps.
Help?

It really depends on how much your computer can take, I think.
If you make it too big then your computer will probably crash or it'll be really laggy and you won't even be able to move around in it.

For example my computer can only take a map with the width of 100,000.

My mac can handle....well; I haven't really tested further then 70,000.

Sometimes it can handle 80,000 but it doesn't let me look up to the sky very high.

I would suggest adding 5000 then testing, then adding another 5000 and so on. One your FH crashes you know that that width is too much. So keep taking away 1000s until it doesn't crash during the test. Keep net f the one before or after it so you now where to start.

That's what I do anyway.
