The first pharagraph rapilion mentioned is true, but that you wrote in green are for maps and not for item packs

Basically, the map file itself (map.fhm) goes into Exports and also if there are any .fho .fhw .fhs etc files that would be custom weather and objects etc, those go into export as well. Any other files would go in media folders, depending what they are like music into music etc. For some people placing music files into exports works, but not all.

The items.cfg file and media folder goes directly on to C:\FeralHeart folder.

I download it, then click 'Run', then I install it...But when I go on FH, there isn't any items...

You need to install it on the same path where FH is installed (if you have it in another place diferent than C:\FeralHeart\ )  and when it askes to overwrite files you should click yes.
