On one character, no, I don't think so. If you want to though, you can always make a copy of your character and join the other groups. :3

No you can't not with one character..If you make another character, sure, you can join another Group^^ Hope this help.

Not at once on one character.
But you can leave a group you no longer want to be in and then join another.

As everyone else said, no.
However, you may join a group, and then if you wish to talk to others separately, yet privately, there is the Party function.
