Feralheart is not responding

Everytime i open FeralHeart.It says: FeralHeart is Not Responding.I tried redownloading it,didn't work.Please help.

Did this just start recently? Have you been installing any new content into your game, making maps, or messing around with the default files? Try looking in your "particles" folder first and delete any double particles you find. They would end in numbers like _0 or _1 etc. If you don't find any maybe consider uninstalling your game completely and deleting the Feral Heart folder and the reinstalling. Just reinstalling the game doesn't always work. Be sure to back up all your important files like presets, maps, and screenshots.

I actually have been making maps and when i try to put them in Map maker (height map),it made me crash.So just try unstalling fh and delete the files of map maker?

Still try the other things I said but also if it's a map that's causing the trouble make sure you are typing the name in correctly when you try to load it into the object maker and also make sure that the map images are flat. Try refering to this thread from Delay for more tips:

No not that.I mean when i made a map with gimp,I tried it in map maker and the whole thing crashed.When i tried to get back online,it say Feralheart is not Responding.It always does that now when i try to get online.

There is probably something wrong with the heightmap image you made. Make sure you're using that "Grayscale Mode" option in GIMP, just using grey colours will not work. Make sure your image is:

- 513x513
- One layer only
- Grayscale Mode
- No alpha channel
- .png format
- Saved in your Feralheart>> Terrains>> Map Folder and named "MapNameTerrain.png"

Hey Moon it's me Violet, anyway you probably should try removing the map files. Or probably just not mess with the map maker? I'm not filled with knowledge about map making that much, but you probably messed up the map and it did something to the game
