Are two accounts allowed?

Well, I would like to change my username. If I were two create a new account and not use my old one, would I be breaking the rules? I can't find anything about it anywhere.

Here's the rule about it:

• Multiple Accounts
  Multiple accounts are not encouraged due to many reasons. The staff would rather not have to deal with a bunch of unused accounts that were created for a small purpose and hardly used as much as your primary account. If possible, members of this site/game/forum should keep their account count as low as possible to make things more organized and prevent confusion. Actions might get taken if the staff believes a user is crossing the line.

Actually your breaking rules. Red said if he catach you with two multiple accounts,  with same IP; you would get a warning for him. So I think you probably read the rules, so you wont get an warning.  Also I suggested you delete the other account.

I understand why we can't have two accounts but I have an account and so does my sister.  Would I get in trouble for that if the staff thinks I use both?

Well when it comes to a siblings account I don't see anything wrong with that since it's not like your one user just hoarding accounts. If you have a sibling they are actually using the account. What the staff doesn't recommend is account hoarding with one individual.

Okay! How do I delete my old account once or if I make a new one?

Well you could try messaging one of the mods or admin from here about completely deleting an account:

But I believe you can delete your forum account by pressing where it reads "profile" at the top left of the forum then on the left of the new page that pops up there will be a little box. The box has options & sections in it like "Profile Info", "Modify Profile", and "Actions". Click "Delete this Account" under Actions.
