When you go to the preset creation screen can you view your preset from there? if not you are possibly not saving your edited preset correctly.
Example: preset_1head

if you aren't saving them like this I am sure you will find difficulties in loading them into the game.

However if you have done all of that correctly and can view it from the preset creation screen you should only have to go to the character creation screen in game and go to tab "V" and click on "Use Preset" then it is as simple as finding the preset you exported example: Julian Lujan 1

Im not to crash hot on presets but if you have done things correctly I cannot see why they arennt showing up in game.

If you need a visual guide to "How to make a preset" then look at this trend on the basics
Feareh's Tutorials: Preset Basics
It is a guide and takes you step by step on how to make one yourself. Also making sure you have the right coding is very important when making a preset as well

It's pretty much as Skippy said Julian. Once you've made and saved each of your preset's parts in what ever art program you used you just open up the game and click where it says "tools" then "preset maker". Once in the preset maker go to the "V" tab on the top right of the screen and you should see a box under the color scrollers. In that box you should read "Preset 1". Click "Preset 1" and then click "export". Once you've done that go back to your main menu and log in and then select which character you want to wear your preset on or create a new character to wear your preset on. Once you have the character that you want to wear your preset on just go to the "V" tab on the top right of that character in the editor click "use preset" and select your preset from there. Then save and you should be able to see him or her in game with the preset on. :)

Perhaps the coding inside the notepad is not right. When you are saving your files make sure it matches up with the same name in your notepad coding or it will not work.

Yes as Feareh said and also make sure that you saved the preset body part images as the right file format or they will not match the coding in your material. If you continue to have trouble with it feel free to private message us your preset's files and we can fix it for you and resend you the repaired version.

I'm sure you can PM Lord with your files so he can take a look at it.
LordSuragaha
Just when sending everything to Lord make sure you place everything in a ZIP folder so that he can test it out and send ya the fixed version.
If Lord is to busy however, ill see what I can do to fix your coding.
