Help needed URGENTLY!

Hi, I need some MASSIVE help!! I lost connection in Fluorite Plains so went to log in on a new tab, but as soon as I pressed the 'Log In' button, it says that I have been 'Banned for 12 months, 4 days, 23 hours and 16 minutes' but the thing is, is that I haven't done anything!!
I need advice and help, it won't let me on my back ups either, coming up with the same message! I didn't get any warnings nor had this before.
HELP ME PLEASE!! DX
