crashing, again

my game is crashing, it doesnt tell the reason but it does it after few second after going on a character, after that when i try to get in a character it puts me on somebody elses character.

Have you installed any new mods lately or done anything with the game files? Or tried to get into multiple maps (there was an issue not long ago where people were crashing, but only in Fluorite)?

Just to cover your bases you might want to try restarting your computer; that seems to sort out FH glitches fairly often.

Perhaps trying to open your game in a different rendering system might help with that. Instead of going into Feral Heart under OpenGL, try and switch that to Direct 3D9. You are able to do this from your options menu from the main menu of the game.
Try turning off your water reflections and turning down your viewing distance has also sown some benefit as well.
Or perhaps (sometimes with me) just restart your computer and open up the game again.

If none of those things work, try using 'Character Reset'. It would help your character get out of that map, and let go back to try again. Hope this help.
