Gavroche's eyes widened at the cat's response. Growling, he sprang forward, only to be jerked back by Flak's paw on his tail. Jumping back to his feet, he tugged for freedom, but the black dog kept his past steadily down on the pup's tail to keep him back. "Speciest!?" Gavroche barked. "You dumb cat. You're lucky he's holdin' me back!" Gav shouted, still tugging forward for freedom, growling. "Why are you even here anyway? Just come to insult us? Pff, typical cats." The pup rambled, glaring at the feisty feline.
Flak rolled his eyes at the pup, keeping his forepaw steadily down on his tail. His ears flicked forward at the cat and he turned back around to face it. "you're really working hard to wear my patience aren't you, cat?" The brute snarled, ducking his head down to the feline's level. "Why don't you get a move on, fish-brain. The last thing we need is another idiot cat." He snapped, giving the feline a brisk shove with his muzzle. As Gavroche continued tugging and barking insults to the cat, Flak raised his head, staring down at him. He suddenly raised his paw, releasing the pup. Gav tumbled forward, unintentionally knocking into the cat. Quickly he scrambled to his feet, but before he could say anything Flak swiped him backwards with his paw, scooting the pup a few feet behind him. His ears perked as Micah spoke up. "Get along? With this pest?" He growled at the cat. "How 'bout you just let me handle this." He snapped, raising a brow at the white shepherd. All the squabbling along with his annoying wounds had left him in an obvious bad mood.
