Flak wheeled around at the sounds of tumbling rocks. Noticing Micah was half off the cliff, he immediately darted over, but by then Dusty had succeeded in pulling her up. His attention turned to the feline. "Stupid cat..." He thought to himself add he padded quickly over. "you alright?" He questioned, tail held horizontal with the earth. Suddenly, the large figure of a wolf appeared on the path in front of them. Flak immediately went into defensive mode and put himself back at the front of the pack. His dark fur bristled up as he let out a sharp snarl, ready to defend his friends. But the female's voice was rather kind, making him lighten up a bit and raise his head, letting his lips relax to sheath his fangs. "Like I'm about to trust some wolf thatt just showed up outa nowhere." He snapped, his growl lightening.
Gavroche stared wide eyed as the action took place, his tail wagging nervously as Dusty struggled to get Micah over the side. "Pff, what did I tell ya about that girl." He thought to himself. A snarl snapped his attention around to the front of the pack where Flak seemed to be having a stand off with a dog, the largest dog he'd ever seen. He wasted no time in bounding over, squeezing through Flak's forelegs so he was facing the wolf, though he didn't know it was a wolf. "Yeah! Who're you to tell us where to go, lady!" He barked, standing before the wolf fearlessly.
