Strays of the Ruins. (Stray dog/cat RP, open & accepting)

Gavroche cocked his head at Jip. Before he could answer, Teegan and the cats came bounding over. The pup sprang to his feet, glancing up at Jip once he was told to lead the way. Lowering his eyebrows with a determined smirk, Gavroche nodded and wheeled around, eager to pleads. "C'mon, you dumb cats, let's go." He barked over his shoulder as he broke into a trot, leading them back in the direction of the beach.

Teegan clambered around in the forest, her ears perked at the sudden noises that occurred around her, a sigh escaped her maw as there was no sign of Xion. A snarl escaped her maw as something dark rushed past in the shadows followed by another, her head whipped in different directions as her heart thudden a little faster. A sudden nip was felt as she turned around spotting bright yellow eyes piercing at her and the sound of many others snarling. She let out a slight yelp of pain as the wolf bit into her paw, her head sharply whipped around and latching onto the beasts face causing her to be flung around, fur flew everywhere but not hers. Lifting to her paws she nipped at the wolves face and throat causing it to let out many yelps, slamming it against a tree it lay motionlessly. Panting she looked around at the others and let out a snarl "Let's go.." She growled as she began running through the forest, another of the beasts chasing her.



Jip looked at Govrache and smiled as he began to lead them back towards the beach, the Basenji staying at the back as he was larger than the cats, but to stay alert and warn the others of any dangers that may occur, his claws tapped quietly against the grouns as they followed the pup. Yelps, barks, howls could be heard from the forest but they had to ignore it and continue on as Teegan said "No matter what happens or what's heard, just keep going..." A sigh escaped his maw as they continued on.

marie awoke as she heard barking and howling she perked her ears "flak i have a feeling our search party have some followers. do you want me to go check it out?" she stayed calm

cara awoke as yips and barks peirced her ears she had a feeling teegan jip gavroche and possibly the cats were being chased. but only one thing went through hewr mind "will jip be ok"

Flak jerked his head up, his large ears cupped forward at the yelps and howling. Instinctively, he rose to his four, fur bristling. "Stay here. Dusty is keeping watch. If there's any need for alarm, he'll tell us." He instructed calmly, though his muscles were tensed. "If he gives a warning, then you go." He added, shooting a stern glance at the wolf.

Teegan continued running through the forest as the mutants paws thudded against the ground, turning her head she looked at them and rolled her eyes "Do those jerks ever give up.." She muttered to herself as she picked up the pace and began to run faster then before. Teegan had an advantage as she was a lot smaller and more agile than the mutants so it would be much easier for her to escape through a tight route. Her tongue lolled out her mouth slightly as she bounded through the forest dodging trees, locks and rocks that were jotted around the forest, ditches caused her to stumble and even caused a mutant to fall as she heard a horrid crack letting out a smirk. One more mutant was on her tail she decided she should battle this one, besides she hadn't fought one in an hour or so. She turned around and let out a piercing snarl then a bark as the mutant came to a sudden stop, the two stood staring at each other for a few moments as they continued to circle. Letting out a snarl Teegan leapt at the wolves throat only to be batted away by its huge paw and banged into a tree, letting out a small yelp she lifted to her paws shaking leaves from her pelt. The female shepherd slowly urged forward snarling then lunging towards the mutant latching onto its throat and sinking her fangs into them causing It to let out a yelp. The two thrashed around in the forest causing quite the noise and distruction as the beast fell to the ground with a thud, she looked at the motionless wolf and let out a smirk biting its neck one last time. Satisfied it was dead she padded off into the distance in search for Xion again.

Teegan, Govrache and Jip went looking for Risto, Xion and Vicci, they've found the two cats so Jip and Govrache are taking them back to the cave and Teegan in still searching for Xion. Flak, Micah, Disty, Marie and Cara are still in the cave; Dustys guarding outside the cave and the others are inside))

She shook herself from a mutant's painful grip, taking a step back to put some distance from her and her attacker and slashing it's face, hissing when she felt her claws sink into it's nose. It yelp and slunk back to join the rest of the group, when suddenly something was sent flying in the air and three of the horrible creatures ran after it. She raised a brow in question, looking at Risto, she narrowed her eyes at Teegan when she came. She opened her mouth to say something, but the dog's words cut her off. She grumbled,  holding back the hiss again as she followed her, but stopped when she faced two other canines - The new dog, and the pup. Well, great. She think she'd rather be fighting mutants then be with the pup.
