((Okay, sorry again, but I had to eat dinner so I didn't respond, but I typed out most of the post. :3 So this might be late))
A small whimper escaped the rabbit before Felix put an end to it. Blood splattered on the ground as Felix carelessly snatched up the limp body in his mouth and trotted forward, his mouth full of rabbit fur and drool. His ears pricked as he heard screams and a gun shot, but Felix could care less. What was more important was that he needed to feel blood pouring down his paws.
His nose twitched as the scents of creatures drifted towards him, and the smell all fell in one place. He stifled a growl at the scent of human, but he wagged his tail when he smelled blood. He frowned at the unfamiliar scent of a larger animal--its paws could easily trample a smaller animal. He sniffed the air again. Another strange scent also filled the air; it was a scent he had smelled before, but he could not place it.
When he spat out the rabbit, it no longer looked appetizing; drool mattered on its pelt, along with blood and torn fur. Snorting, he scraped dirt over his unwanted prey and continued on, dust billowing from his paws. His nose twitched again as he poked his muzzle inside of a opened building. His black eyes peered in the doom, and he saw two humans standing in the room.
Blood, Felix thought, hunger sparkling from him. Blood oozed from the female human, and a cry escaped her mouth. His eyes fell towards her swollen belly, and he licked his chomps. What a delicious meal. His ear twitched as he shot a glance at the male human, two black sticks sticking out of a holder. His one arm was wrapped around her back, and to Felix, no weapons were in his hands.
Lips drawn back and ears flattened, Felix let out a sharp, short bark, and then a threatening growl.
