Ashleigh rode off into the distance leaving a small cloud of dust behind her as the horse ran. Vibrations covered the earthy terrain as the beat of Tuckers hooves thudded against the ground as he kept a steady pace. Sun fell and the moon rose as Ash tugged on the reins causing the large bay stallion to slawer his pace into a walk "Good boy" she muttered patting him on the neck as he let out a quiet neigh as nodded his head, causing his black mane to fly around, then flicking his tail swatting away any pests that tried to land on him. The dark sky was filled with beautiful stars and of course the moon that lit up the sky as Ashleigh looked up "Beautiful isn't it boy?" She asked with a smile, she knew he couldn't exactly speak her language but she knew he could understand her and somehow she could understand him. The horse let out a nod then a snort as he stopped and looked into the sky then lowering his head any walking on as she looked down and let out a slight giggle.
They continued on there walk for a long time, not knowing where the road they took would lead them. The muttering of voices filled the small canyon as she looked down spotting the two smaller men from earlier as Tucker stomped at the ground "Damn, I'm always getting myself into trouble" she muttered to herself as she lowered her hand to her pelt and pulled out a small pistol that was loaded. The bay horses ears twitched as he turned his head looking at her out the corner of his eye as he nodded his large head, Ashleigh patted him on the side of the neck as the horse reutrned its gaze towards the two men. Many thoughts ran through her head like 'should she just leave and go somewhere else?' Or 'Risk taking the road and bump into the bandits?' She let out a sight as she didn't know what to do.
Ashleigh shrugged and turned her horse quickly causing him to knock a small pile of rocks as the two men were heard muttering "Who goes there?" A deep voice snapped as she heard the sound of buckles coming closer and the thud of hooves "Damn!" She cursed "Oh its the pretty young lady again I see" she heard a more softer but slightly rough tone speak as she turned around "Oh its you jerks again" she said clenching the reins in her left hand and holding the small pistol in her right but keeping it out of sight. "So what you doind here alone?" One asked seeming a little calmer since their boss wasn't there "Looks like you've got no one to protect you" a smaller man said with a rough beard and a missing front tooth and a gold one. She let out a puff of air as a slight laugh "I don't need protecting" she muttered as the two man laughed. "Look all I want to do is pass, and if yous are gonna' be basterds about it then I guess we have a problem!" She snapped now getting annoyed.
A howl was heard from the rocks above them as she looked up spotting a small wolf as she let out a smile, then several howls sounded after. 'Bang!!!!' A loud noise rung through her ears causing the wolf to run off and her horse to rear. "Woah boy, its ok" she patted his side as he lowered himself to the ground stamping his hooves against the ground with a thud. "Why did you do that!?!" She spat at the men as they chuckled "Wolves, they get scared yino and well your horse seems skittish". "First of that's cruel and secondly he isn't skittish!" She spat again "Now let me pass" she kicked the sides of her horse as he walked forward "Stop!" One of the men shouted as he went to grab her, she pulled out her pistol and shot him in the arm causing him to fall from his horse. "OWW!" He screamed as she chuckled. One of the men jumped from his horse in attempt to grab her but she made a clicking noise with her mouth "Up" she commanded her horse as he heard then kicked the man sending him flying. "I asked you guys nicely" she muttered then galloped off.
Her horse let out a neigh as she chuckled "Good boy" she smiled patting his side as she spotted the wolves running up the hill together "Beautiful aren't then" she smiled as Tucker nodded in agreement. The sky had gotten even darker than before and they needed a place to stay it was dangerous at night with all the predators and bandits around, they came across a small barn where she lead her horse in. "We'll stay here for tonight" she smiled getting off him, opening the foor, leading both her and the horse in then shutting the large barn door. A pile of hay lay at the back of the barn where she found Tucker laying as she let out a smile, laying herself behind the gentle beast, the two lay sleeping.

  Billy adjusted his Stetson hat on his head and reached for the front door handle, but paused. "I'm gonna head out back n' get Westwood. Be back later." He decided aloud, turning around and walking across the room to the back door, his boots making the wood creek beneath them. Giving the back door a light shove, he opened it and quickly made his way down the back porch steps, not even noticing the stranger on the front porch around the other side of the house. He made his way into the stable and clipped the lead shank to his stallion's halter, wasting no time in throwing the heavy leather western saddle up onto his back. In a couple minutes, the black quarter horse was fully tacked, and Billy swung himself up into the saddle and veered the stallion around and out of the barn. It was still night time, and the full moon faintly reflected its light in the dirt and sand. Clicking his tongue, Billy nudged Westwood into a swift trot, heading towards the inner city through the small wooden buildings.

Elizabeth sighs, and puts Bella to bed, then curls up in her rocking chair. She takes her sewing out and works quietly on his shirt, staring at the window every so often.

Ashleigh and her horse continued to sleep until steps outside the barn could be heard, she crept outside and spotted a herd of wild horses walking past as she gave a smile. Something nudged her shoulder as she turned to see the large bay stallion "So beautiful aren't they boy" she smiled stroking the side of his face as he nodded his head "Woul you like to be like em' wild'n free?" She muttered as he stomped the ground snorting then shaking his head which caused her to giggle, she patted his side. Then jumping into his saddle "Let's go on a walk Tucker" she said making a clicking sound then cicking his sides making him go as the two plodded around the vast empty lands not to far from the small town.

As Billy and Westwood slowly walked through the dirt streets of the inner town, something posted to the side of one of the buildings caught his eye. He tugged on the reins, signaling the obediant stallion to halt, and glanced down at the rough, yellow sheet of paper. It was a rather familure thing for him to see; a wanted poster with his face sketched on it and a hefty reward at the bottom. "Dammit." He muttered, clenching his teeth. This town was always a pretty safe place for him, but obviously his cover here was now blown. Grasping the paper in his fist, he tore it off the wall and crumpled it, stuffing it in his saddle bag. Giving the quarter horse a sharp spur onward, they moved a few blocks down until Billy drew him to a halt outside an always busy saloon. He hopped down from the saddle and tied the stud to the hitching post next to a couple geldings. To remain unnoticed, he pushed the wide front brim of his white Stetson down to shield his face as he flung open the swinging double doors of the saloon.

Elizabeth sets the finished shirt gently on the table, then prepares herself for bed, braiding her long red curls into long braids laying down on her back

His identity feeling secure behind the shadow of the Stetson brim, Billy entered the saloon. Inside, the roar of hefty laughter and clinking bottles drowned out any outside noise. He made his way to the long bar and plopped down in an open bar stool, keeping one hand to the side of his face to shield himself from being recognized. After a few minutes, the glass of whiskey he asked for was placed in front of him. Nodding a silent thanks to the bar tender, he grasped the glass in his other hand and downed it in a couple gulps.

As Ashleigh and Tucker walked through the small town many posters were placed upon buildings and posts as she looked at them. The reward for the capture was pretty high until she looked at the picture realizing it was of the man who she met earlier. "Guessing he's a bandit" she muttered ripping the poster from the wall. She followed a few posters around as she ripped them up "Why the heck should he be took and locked up in the ol'jail when there's others a lot worse than um' wondering around these streets" she muttered placing the torn up bits of paper into near by torches or put into her pockets.
