Billy pulled Westwood's head up to halt him just in front of Elizabeth. "Yeah I'm fine." He mumbled, hopping down victoriously off the stallion. Blaze bounded around them happily, immediately going back to Bella and leaping up on her. As Billy was about to remove his items from the saddle, a sharp cry of pain echoed through the empty wilderness. Spinning around, he noticed the thief woman's horse in the distance, but with no rider in its saddle. Blowing some air from his mouth, he scratched his scalp under his white Stetson. "I can't believe I'm doing this." He murmured, turning back to Elizabeth. "I'll be right back." He said with an awkward chuckle as he climbed up into the saddle. Smirking at Blaze, who was bounding circles around Bella and leaping up to lick her face, he glanced down at Elizabeth. "Keep 'ol hot-foot here with you. I won't be long." Without another word or pause, he jerked the horse's head around and kicked him into a canter towards where the shouts were coming from.
Drawing the stallion to a brisk halt, Billy stared down at the beaten woman on the desert ground. "Well, well. Karma's a bish ain't it?" He smirked with a chuckle at her condition. "Y'know, I'm tryin' to decide whether or not to help you, ya low didn't varmint. I mean, you did steal my, hard earned, bags of gold. So gimme a reason why I shouldn't just put a bullet between your eyes right now. You know, ta end your suffering. Like a horse with a busted leg." He ominously drew his right side pistol, twirling it around by the trigger guard on his finger playfully.
