Billy walked quietly out to the pasture where the stallion was back out grazing. He stopped beside him and patted his neck as the horse gave his shoulder a nudge. Billy clipped a lead shank onto his halter and led him to the barn, putting him in the stall next door to the sleeping mare's.
Westwood flicked his ears back and glanced at Luna as Billy put him in the stall that was next door to hers. Deciding to keep quiet after their little disagreement, he turned to face the back wall, his head bowed as he drank some water from the bucket hanging from the wall.
