Charlie bit her lower lip in stress. "I know what you mean...but we can't just leave them." She whispered to Jake, running a hand through her hair. Mouse tossed her mane in agreement, "Nope, I don't think so." She murmured. Charlie mounted Mouse and pulled gently on the reins, causing the mare to half-turn to face the others.

Charlie come look, it's really cute!" Elizabeth calla from the barn, rubbing the little colt's black ears.

[Untamable]

"Elizabeth, we don't have time. Get on your mare and let's go." Jake sighed and rubbed his face as he mounted Pistol. "You too, Billy. The foal will follow us, c'mon." Jake said and tugged his reins gently, pulling Pistol back a few feet. "Hurry up. We have been in this town long enough." He said, slightly annoyed.

[Jackkdaw]

Billy scratched his scalp under his Stetson and let out a sigh, rolling his eyes as he climbed up onto the Quarter horse's back. Not uttering another word, he spurred the stallion to follow Jake and Charlie.

Elizabeth follows on Luna, the colt following on wobbly legs. Luna nudges Westwood's side. "What do you think of him...?"

[Untamable]

Pistol's ears perked as Jake spurred him forward. "Thank you." Jake said as they began out of town. "Congrats, Luna. I didn't even hear you last night. You must be strong." He nickered and turned his head to look at her. Jake yanked his head the other way and Pistol squaled. Jake moved to the back of the pack and Pistol lowered his head to sniff the colt gently. "What are you gonna name him?" Jake asked curiously.

I'm not really sure yet honestly." Elizabeth admits as the colt sneezes on Pistol's muzzle, not used to the dust.

Westwood raised his head as Luna spoke, turning it to glance at the little foal. "Heh, I told ya he'd look just like me." He chuckled with pride, pinning his ears as Billy jerked his head back forward with a frustrated sigh.

After traveling for the few remaking hours of sunlight, Jake pulled to a stop. "Okay...we need to stop. Make camp. Charlie, you wanna hunt? I'll work a fire?" He asked and dismounted Pistol. He raised a brow as he looked up at her. "Billy, you could like...I don't know. Take care of your stuff." He laughed lightly and unsaddled Pistol, putting it on the ground. He unbridled the stallion, allowing him free range. Pistol lifted his head and quickly trotted over to the water.

Billy narrowed his eyes at Jake. "Uh. Okay..." He murmured, lowering his eyebrows at him as he slipped down from the saddle and beginning to untack the impatient stud. Sliding the bridle off Westwood's face, he slung it over his arm and gave the stallion a pat, letting him wander over to the nearby water for a drink.
