NOT WORKING MODS/DOWNLOADS

Help,i do the download and do as im told but when i go on FH it stays the same,i tried every thing that i know look on other things how to get it working but not helping PLEASE HELP!

Well make sure you followed any "read me" files that came with the download because they will instruct you on where to place the files. Also have you tried closing your game and then reopening it?

yes,i read the read me five times but i didnt try restarting i might try if the mod works now because i put it in the right files and thanks for trying to help me :3

Anyway, did you completely made sure that all your needed files were in export and or texture files in the right place?
