I log in and it says incorrect password/user, when it's this user.

I log in and thats what it says, Incorrect password/user, but it's this one that I log into with for the site. It works for the site but not the game, what do I do to be able to use my account on fh? Please help me. :/

Have you fully activated the account with the activation key? It should be in your e-mail. If not. Contact a member of staff.
