I can't log in, please help

Hey guys!

Basically, I've just made an account and everytime I try logging into the game it says my username or password is incorrect but I know I've typed it in correctly, why is it doing this?!

Any help at all will will greatly appreciated!

I would reccomend re-installing the game. Go into your C: Drive or whatever drive you saved it to and into your main Feral Heart folder. Scroll down until you find the un-install button and un-install Feral Heart. Then, delete the Feral Heart folder and the desktop icon if you have one.

Plus, just make sure caps arn't on, num lock isn't on, you're no lagging too much and it double letters, and make sure there are no symbols in your username or password.

If your password has numbers, make sure you use the top numbers, not the number pad.
Some symbols may work for usernames, but not all. I made the mistake of creating a username: .::Spottedtail::. and it doesn't work, so now it's a free forum account if anyone wants it.

I don't think that the game is the problem. But if you want to listen to CaptainSkyler, go ahead.
