Friend can't activate account

Last Friday (June 7) I signed my friend up for FH while registration was open.

Yesterday, I went to the email ad clicked on the activation link came up. What popped up instead was an "Error-403" box or something like that.

I hit refresh, copied and pasted the link, re-clicked and tried everything. After about 40 minutes later I gave up.

Does anyone know what is causing the problem and what I can do to fix it?

The error 403 is the 404 error is a error where the place that is forbidden to you.
You can try it some days later, but if it doesn't work, you need to create a new account.
