Problem that is driving me up a wall

Ok so my friend made this rp map for us and I downloaded it and put all the files into exports. and when I went to the map my game crashed. it did this every time I tried to enter the map so I asked for help from my friends, she told me to put all the files in exports and every file under media. I did so but it still crashed. She told me to compress the files since i was using win rar and I tried to but there wasn't that option so PLZ HELP ME D'X plz answer this ASAP

Hmm has anyone else downloaded that map?Does it work for them?
Also maybe try this:
FHM files go into FH>Media>Terrains
FHO files go into FH>Media>Objects
FHS/FHW go into FH>Media>Sky
Mp3 files go into FH>Media>Sounds/Music
Then restart the game

Try going into your "options" on your game's main menu and change your video settings a bit. I suggest switching your rendering subsystem between OpenGL & Direct3D9 but also put your View Distance to 0 & Water Reflection to off. Sometimes custom maps make other users games crash for a number of reasons. Most often changing the video settings a bit helps. Good luck

Yes everyone else can download the map except me. Lord Sura I tried your options, didn't work. and I was only given 4 files they weren't specific to were they should go
