I need someone to make me a preset! (Can someone help me?)

I don't have a picture of what I want but i'll try to describe it. I want a black wolf model with celtic markings that are an icy blue that kind of glows and looks almost neon. That's my best description. Can any one help me? If so respond on here or whisper me at daisy18002. Please and thank you!
