Preset Spots?...

Today I'm doing a preset :3 It is being great, thank you.

The head one is perfect, but the body I have some problems.
Look at the picture:




The image of the preset is that:



I converted the white color as transparency but there are still these not-HD spots.
How I fix it?

P.S.: Happening with the tail too. The head has less spots.

Are you saving as a .jpg or .png?
If you're using .jpg, make sure you turn the quality all the way up;

Or perhaps try that if you are not already.

Do I need to redo everything or I can the put as actual?
