Download File Corrupt

Hi everyone- I had actually joined the game ages ago but, due to losing my laptop hadn't been on in a while, etc, etc. Anyway. I have a new laptop and went to re-download everything today- however everytime I attempt to set it up it says the 'files are corrupt'.

Is this some issue with my laptop itself? Or is anyone else having this issue? [Downloading for windows.]

If you download via a laptop and use a wireless internet connection, it could be due to heavy package loss that makes the installer corrupted.

I'd suggest trying to download the installer a few times, make sure you have a good connection when doing so.

This is sort of what I had. Instead everytime I enter a portal with a corrupt file in it I can't choose that char again otherwise I'd had to remove it
