Why i can't log in??

Hello.
Yesterday I create new account and verify email.
I log in to the forum but i can't log in to the game. Why?
I checked login - was well writen (Login in FH: Fosfatydyloinozytole)
I checked password and 2x change password - was well written
Can somebody help me?

I would recommend re-installing the game. Go into your C: Drive or whatever drive you saved it to and into your main Feral Heart folder. Scroll down until you find the un-install button and un-install Feral Heart. Then, delete the Feral Heart folder and the desktop icon if you have one.

Plus, just make sure caps aren't on, num lock isn't on, you're no lagging too much and it double letters, and make sure there are no symbols in your username or password.

My friend told me the password to your account and i login at she's account. Why i cant login at my?

Your password needs to be 16 characters long. If that doesn't work, I suggested you PM a mod or admin to active your account. That's probably the problem.

Your password needs to be 16 characters long. If that doesn't work, I suggested you PM a mod or admin to active your account. That's probably the problem.

Please, try not to post after your own post.
It's easy to simply edit your post by clicking on "modify" in the top right corner of your own post.

However..
The issue you're having, is that  your username has too many characters, meaning that it's too long.
The maximum is 16 characters in an username.
Which means that if you have 17, 19 or even 20 letters, you will not be able to use the account.
You can log onto the forum, but not the game.

The only way for you is to wait until the registration re-opens, and choose a shorter username.
Unless the staff can do anything about it.
