The stallion nodded at the two, swishing his double colored tail. He shot a glance at Mishka, resting his hind leg on the tip of its hoof. He stayed alert, ears swiveling at every sound and head raised as night drew closer.

Mishka nodded as Spitfire spoke about getting some rest as tomorrow was a long day, and they needed their energy of the long journey ahead. A smile grew across her face as she watched the two foals lower to the ground and lay together slowly drifting off into a light sleep, the white mare shot a glance towards spitfire as she gave him a smile then nodded. The white mare gently lowered herself to the ground as her side touched the grass a breeze blew sending a shiver down her spine, she let out a snort then shot one last glance at the small herd. Mishka tucked her head slightly towards her side as her eye lids slowly fluttered down and she drifted off into a light sleep, her ears still perked as the only movement made from her was the motion of her stomach as it raised then lowered as she breathed and and her head gently and slowly bobbed up and down.

guys i think we died can we try and come back to life

ciny woke up feeling much more energetic "mishka when do we leave for the place your talking about?" she said not realizing that the mare was asleep. she woke up frosty "rosty get up we have to travel today remeber?" he got to his feet "where are we going" he asked " im not sure" ciny replied "but i bet its gonna be a nice place!"

The small voice of the foal rung through her ears as a slight smile grew across her face, opening her eyes she watched the youngster waking Frosty as she let out a smile and carefully lifted to her hooves. Her head turned as she looked at the filly her tail flicking behind her "We'll we'll all need to eat and get water, then warm our legs up for the long journey ahead" she smiled "Then we shall be ready" she nodded her head as she walked over to Spitfire and nudged his side in order to wake him "Spitfire" she nudged again "Spitfire" she stopped for a moment "Time to wake, we need to feed, get water and warm up our legs for the journey ahead" she smiled waiting to see if the stallion woke.

"ok!" ciny said eagerly as she ran over to the river "cmon frosty  mishka we have to get food water and warm up our legs!" frosty ran over  and they both drank from the river and grazed until they were full then they ran around rearing and bucking chasing each other and weaving through the trees

Spitfire jerked his head up, flicking his ears forward in surprise at the sudden nudge on his side. "Hmm?" He mumbled groggily, giving his head a brisk shake to wake himself up a bit more. "Oh yeah. Right." He said a bit louder in remembrance. After giving Mishka a quick smile, he blew a quiet huff from his nostrils and made his way down to the water, lowering his head to gulp down a few long sips. Raising his head back up, he smirked a bit as he watched the playing foals, flicking his tail at his brown and white haunches. "Right. Let's get on the move as soon as possible." The stallion instructed, bobbing his head as he walked back up the shore to the white mare.

Mishka smiled at the pinto stallion as he slowly lifted to his hooves and began to get sorted, a smile growing across her face at the small playing foals. Craning her neck she began to graze to fill her stomach for the journey her ears flicking along with her tail, then lifting her head she slowly walked towards the water. Once she arrived at the frsh flowing water she let out a snort and bent her long white neck down and dipped her muzzle in the water taking a few gulps in then lifting her head, water droplets dropping back into the shallows. The white mare began walking around stretching her legs to warm them up before they left so she didn't get cramps or anything. Mishka came to a sudden stop then turning to glance at Spitfire as he spoke giving a small nod of her head as he walked beside her giving him a smile, once the group was together she began to walk. "Okay, we'll need to stay close cause the first thing we cross through is that forest. And you don't know what's lerking around so stay alert and together" she smiled flicking her tail towards the side as she walked on, her head slightly bobbed up and down as they drew nearer the forest.

"ok" ciny said listening to mishkas every word her and frosty stayed close their ears pricked listening for any movements in the forest ciny startled once as she herd a twig snap but realized it was only a deer
