I can log into the site but not the game, why is this?

I had this problem on my first account. Not sure why it happens... Maybe it is some sort of glitch? I guess only really someone who knows alot about this game can help you.

Also, to add to what Ress has said. Those who's usernames are less than 16 characters, it may your rendering mode. Also, FeralHeart has had recenetly some problems.
