The excessive lag recently is due to the server's hard drive crashes that took place a few days ago. Raz is working on repairing them, but in the meantime we'll just need to sit tight ;)

I know right? I am lagging alot but Dunastar, another member, made a guide to help reduce lag. It is in Member Made Tutorials.

The reason why that guide doesn't work is because it isn't technically lag you are dealing with currently. We are all experiencing basically the same thing. It is just some major delay issues that the server is experiencing, due to Raz and others trying to repair the hard drive crashes that have took place several days ago, as said by Warrior4ever. All you can do is wait it out and find other things to do while waiting for the server to respond correctly again. c:

we're really sorry about the lag, it's been a nightmare for us all. Sit tight a little while longer while Raz works on those repairs, it shouldn't be too much longer!

It's been lagging for me too; it takes forever to log in and choose a character! A few days ago FH wouldn't open and kept on crashing, so as .exe said, Raz is now repairing it.
