help with FERALHEART

I have made a feral heart account ,
s i downloaded it and went to go play it.
well,
when i came to play it,
it says i have been banned for 2 months 15 minints and i havent even played,
+ its my ONLY account
help plz

Did you activate your account? I don't know why it would do this if you haven't played it.

Mayhaps it's a glitch. Though, I wouldn't talk about bans in ze' public. It'd be wise to PM a Staff member and discuss it with them:

It is indeed a glitch as I do not see your account is tagged as banned. I would recommend trying to log in from a different computer, this issue is likely caused by your firewall preventing FH from getting information needed to access the server.
