My account has stopped working {Sorry if in wrong forum

Okey, so I just came on FeralHeart about a week or so ago and I logged into my account and wen't on one of my characters to sort out my friend list, but, my game suddenly stopped working. So I exited and logged back in and went on a different character, stopped working again, I tryed five different characters and none of them worked. After two hours of re installing FeralHeart I found out I had stuffed up my account. I had plenty of characters with packs, groups, pride etc etc etc. and now I can not go on them >.<

Does anyone know any way at all I can get it working again? I can of course log in to the site but I can not play on any characters. I have tryed making a new character but that didn't work, I got my friend over and she logged into her account on my laptop and hers worked perfectly fine.

While logging in FH, is your caps lock on, you don't use the numlock?

No my caps lock is not on(I use the shift key to do capitals), and, my numlock was on (If sign was glowing I am guessing it was on) but I turned it off and tryed it again but it didn't work, yet I don't use that set of number keys.

Yes, on every character.
All my characters are on different maps, what do you mean by that?

That happened too with ZombieKitteh, she didn't resolve the problem.
