Can't get items to work

I just downloaded a spiked collar and a large item pack, then copied them into the items folder of FH. The only thing that shows up is the Christmas Hat like it does by default. I'm getting kind of sick of having characters with no items...Why the heck won't it work?

So I kind of guess the problem is in the items.cfg.
With the download there came items.cfg file (Atleast I guess so)
Copy that items.cfg just to your main FH folder.
If you need more detailed instructions.
Just say it I could give you more detailed one I just hope this will work out for you.

Thanks, but there was already one in the FH folder. Idk how that got there. O.o

Did it work? It is there because of the Christmas Hat. You just need to replace it. Am glad I could help you.

I did, but it still won't work. Maybe I merged the files by accident...do I delete the original and put the new one in the folder then?
