Help with Mass Markings download?

I downloaded the .zip file for Mass Markings (the Aug 22 version), I extracted everything from the file, copy and pasted all the markings in the texture folder (along with the markings.cfg), yet whenever I try to use them, they're not in the choices available :/ (I went to FeralHeart>media>textures)

Did I go wrong somewhere...? People still seem blank as well because they're wearing the markings.

You did everything right, floof. Except one thing.
You're supposed to save the items.cfg file in the main FeralHeart directory, not in with the textures.
Also, be sure to replace all duplicates.
