Help with finding an item pack?

I was looking for the item pack that has weapons and what not included because I see plenty of people who're wearing items from Ringo's and Delay's pack, but they're like, "can you see the sword in my mouth too?" And I'm like, "Er.... No o_o"

So can someone give me a link? X3
