Game won't let me create a character?

Right, I've repeatedly tried to make characters but it just loads for such an awful long time and never actually makes the character.

I can get into the place where I edit the markings and such but when I've finished it comes up with the box saying "creating..." and never brings up the character.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still seems to have the same problem.

I don't think it's you that's the problem. It's probably the server deciding to be grumpy. Usually when something like that happens to me, I'll just edit my character bit by bit, saving the character after doing one small thing at a time until it is fully completed. Yes, it may take longer but when I tend to do that, the character will save/load faster. Though, tis' just my personal experience.
