Game download is not responding

I downloaded Feral Heart before and it worked fine.  Just recently I downloaded it again because I deleted it before when I stopped playing.  Now I really want to play again, but when I try to play it will do the intro and everything, but when it is supposed to go to the log in screen it goes to a black screen and says the program is not responding. Can someone help me please?

If you have downloaded the game, try to download the patch. It should work! I had the same problem few days ago. The same story. But I sorted it out.

Check your Feral Heart folder for any double particles in the double particles folder. If it has (1) or (2) next to it delete it. If that doesn't help, change your rendering system. You'll find how to do it on the forums. and if THAT doesn't help, delete the whole Feral Heart folder and install it again.

Yeah, that's right. just delete the whole Feral Heart folder, re-install and it should work.

All i have in my Feral Heart folder is the game and the option to uninstall Feral Heart. Is there another folder?

That's the problem. ^^ Click uninstall and delete the folder. Then download the fresh patch again.
