I can't log into the game

I've messaged a moderator about getting a username change but unfortunately, i can't tell if it has sent as it says my outbox is empty, so i'm stuck with the problem of the fact that i cant log into the game at all, the forums i can log into but the actual game i can't which means i can't play... i've been sat here for over a month or two trying to register for this game and now i cant play because my username is too long, and i cant seem to find out how to change it, someone help please?

To actually have an In-Game userame, You have to go to the inbox of the E-mail you used and accept the registration.
On the forums, to get your name changed:
1. Click on "Profile"
2. Look around for a button to click on which will let you add a website link, Avatar, Sig, and change E-mail and username.
3. Write a new Username and accept it. .3.

There is really no changeling your actual in-game username. You had that option when creating your account to pick any username you wanted. Unfortunally there is no changing that at all. Your actual username can't be changed what so ever. However if you wanna change your forum name on here this is how you would do it.

First you would go to your profile page and click on the "Account Related Settings"

Then from there you should see your in game username and below that is your forum name. You can change that and save everything.

What Feareh stated is true. c: The problem is that you have a password or username too long, and you can't play with that account anymore. As Feareh said, there's no way to change your in-game username.
