Ok, so I have made an account for awhile now and have never been able to log into the game. It just says "Incorrect username or password". And I looked at all the other topics on this and tried everything, but it just doesn't work. I typed in everything correct, but it won't let me in. Im just wondering if anyone has anymore things that I could try.

How long is your password and or Username?
If its more then 16 characters long then it will mess up your account alittle.
also if you have special cases in your password such as % & * # then that might be a factore as well.
You can perhaps change your password with the "Password Reset".

My password is 15 characters long. It does have spaces between them though. Its "Demons Rose Rosie" without the quotations.

I think it may be wise to reset your password. I try to keep mine a maximum of 8 characters so that I don't get problems like these. I've heard they're quite common if, as Fearah said, the passwords are 16+ characters.

But yeah, Try to reset your password and if that doesn't help, try asking a member of staff if they can help.

No I don't think your username is 15 characters long. If the system does count the spaces then I say you have well over 16 characters. I would ask a Staff member for a better/ second opinion on this though. They would defiantly know if it's over the limit or not

In this case spaces does indeed count in so 17 characters of length is what you have now. The only way to get a working game account is really to make a new, shorter username by registering a new account. Sadly we cannot change usernames on already set accounts.
