Looks like that map is having a derp moment. It happens sometimes. Should go back to normal soon.

Try switching your rendering system. Launch FH and go to Options on the log in screen then go to Video\Rendering subsystem and switch to Direct3D9. Once you've done that, re launch FH.

Other reasons maybe due to lag. Try these options:
- Options\Video\Water reflection then un tick the box
- Options\Video\View distance and set it to 0

If it hasn't taken affect, then restart your PC too.
