I'd suggest something like AI (Ascension Island), Atlantis, or another small map? Naturally meeting would be held on a weekend-- Saturday, or maybe even Friday. 5:00- 8:00 EST but that might be (8:00) late-ish for me/other Europeans.
 Also, I've got a knack for voice-acting. And a good microphone. I think my American accent is relatively believable/good if you'd rather not have other stuff mixin' up around with all the rest.

5-8pm EST is 10pm-1am at the earliest for europeans, don't forget.

Also I am still interested in doing voices. (But only smaller characters now because of school and uni.)

True, but I imagine most of the people interested are American. I usually stay up late so that doesn't sound too bad for me.
Maybe 4 EST? That'd be 9 for me, and if we went as far back as three that'd be 8. Of course considering it could be Sunday or Saturday (but most of my American friends don't get on til' like, 1? So.) we could have it at noon and that would probably be really convenient for europeans.

Noon = 5 for me and probably meowool as well, and stuff like six (1 your time), 7 (2), or 8 (3) would probably work too.
