Denarii's fur instantly prickled upright in surprise from Zack's nudge. Her muscles relaxed once she realized it was him. Letting out a sigh, she flashed a quick smile to the brute. "It's all good, I suppose." She replied, glancing over at the shepherd. "I've been a bit on edge lately, with the way Rogue's been acting and all that. It's whatever. I guess I owe you an apology, too."

Zack gave a smile back to Denarii and glanced behind him. "Scared you didn't I...?" He said with a slight laugh. "And yes, I know and it is tough for the pack right now and I know Rogue will get better sooner or later Denarii." He said. "He just needs more time and encouragement."

Denarii shrugged. "I guess so." She murmured, fixing her gaze forward again with a subtle huff.

Zack laid down since the weight on his leg was killing him. "Are you thinking about quitting the pack..?" He asked. "I can tell you were thinking about leaving because of how annoyed you were with me and making the pack fight all the time..." He said with a sigh.

Denarii glanced briefly at Zack, but quickly looked away. "I don't know." She said with a quiet sigh. "I just- don't like the way things are going. Honestly, I've considered quite a few times recently to just go find Agro and be done with this pack. No one gets along. As if we don't have enough stress already with everything else going on." She admitted, huffing and not moving her glare from the ground.

"Sorry if I make things stressed out..." He said looking down. "I'll leave right when my leg feels better..." He said.

Denarii let out a sigh. "It's not you. You shouldn't pin all the pack's stupid problems on yourself." She murmured quietly, swiveling her ears backwards. "It's not your fault the pack doesn't get along to the slightest."

"We seem to get along well Denarii..." He smiled at the female. "I don't really get why we were fighting for now." He said and plopped his head down.

A slow smile crept onto her face and she shrugged. "Probably just because you pissed me off. Nothing personal. Well. Nothing too personal." Denarii responded, giving his shoulder a light shove with her paw.

Zack licked Denarii on the cheek before getting up and walking to a different spot knowing that his alpha would get mad if he saw them talking in the middle of guarding the pack.
