Apitre

Relief fluttered through Apitre as the walkers crashed down to the ground and remained motionless, but anger was still jammed in her throat, struggling and squirming like an oily black rat trying to fly out of her mouth in the form of sharp words. She felt Terizot's eyes upon her, and she knew he was trying to get her to look at him, but she couldn't even shift her eyes the slightest bit in his direction. Although she didn't have the heart to tell her brother that this was all his fault, she still couldn't speak to him without glowering at him.

Her ears flattened back against her skull. Apitre started off without waiting for Terizot, walking ahead of him and allowing her tail to express her unspoken emotions.

Terizot

His tail tucked in between his legs, and this time, he let it. He knew he deserved to be snubbed after doing such a stupid thing, and he had risked the lives of the pack over a tail! I should've known my yowling would attract unwanted attention, Terizot thought, angry with himself. He scrambled after his sister, hurrying to keep up with her fast trot.

"I didn't mean for it to come out that loud," he hissed into her ear. "I'm sorry!" He expected her to snap at him or twist back to angrily nip him, but she was silent. He was beginning to think that she was ignoring him when she suddenly responded to him.

"You don't mean to do a lot of things," she said softly, and he thought he detected a trace of sadness in her voice, but she was already walking faster before he could do anything. Frustration slammed into him. Why couldn't he do anything right?

((Yup: The two huge walkers surrounded the pack. Rogue dashed off to lead them away, then Denarii led the pack in the opposite direction to a safe spot. Agro noticed two of the huge walkers chasing Rogue, so hopped to the rescue and agreed to go back to the pack just until his leg healed. Zack's paw had started to feel better, and he just asked Rogue to join the pack because Denarii said she didn't want him to leave.  Rogue and Agro just got back. And blam. Re-cap.)

Denarii flickered her ears forward, spinning around to listen as Zack asked the recently arriving alpha to be a perminant member of the pack. She couldn't help but smile in joy and relief that he had decided to stay. Her gaze drifted to a familiar cattle dog who was standing beside Rogue. "Agro?" She muttered in surprise that he'd come back.

Agro limped alongside Rogue back to the pack, keeping his head low. He lowered an eyebrow when he noticed Zack had just asked to stay. Blowing a huff from his nostrils, Agro rolled his eyes. Great. He thought, ears laid back. Limping past them, he headed towards the back. "Yeah, don't get used to it. The second my leg heals I'm out of here." He murmured aloud, brushing past Denarii to sit at the back of the pack.

((Oh goodie. I can make Sakili even more jealous now.))

Sakili back fur lifted as he heard Zack question Rouge about staying in the pack. I can't say anything now - Denarii likes Zack. Sakili sighed, his ears drooping as he averted his gaze from Denarii. He felt Agro brush past him, but he didn't bother to greet the old pack member. Instead, he gritted his teeth together, glaring harshly at Zack for a moment, before shifting into the shadows. Alright. Just stop acting like a brat. Pull yourself together. Shaking out his pelt he forced himself to remain calm as he straightened himself up, his back fur relaxing as he rose to his paws. Glancing at Sledge and the two pups, he asked, "You alright?"

Zack narrowed his eyes at Sakili. 'Alright, I want the truth now what the heck is your problem with me!' He demanded with a slight growl.

Agro let out an exhausted huff as he lowered down to his belly. Before he could get too comfortable, Zack confronted Sakili. The brute rolled his eyes. "Does the drama ever end with this pack...." He muttered to himself with a quiet growl, setting his head down and tuning out their argument.

Rogue padded by Agro and sat down. 'Sakili has been acting weird since Zack started hanging out with Denarii. 'He chuckled a bit. 'I start to think that they might become really good friends in a few days...'

Apitre

"Sometimes, I think Sakili is always weird," Apitre commented as she passed Rogue and Agro. She continued walking until she was a short distance away from the pack, but even from where she was, she could still hear the aggressive barking ringing in her ears. A sigh escaped her maw, and she bent over to lick the fur on her leg. She needed some peace and quiet - the past few days had been so hectic. Too hectic. And now, Terizot wasn't very popular with the pack. I wish I could slap some sense into him, she thought, angrily running her tongue along her back.

No! Shut up Rouge! I don't wanna hear that! Sakili screamed in his mind, unable to control his thoughts. "SHUT UP! All of you! I don't want to hear that!" Sakili snarled, glaring at the three of them. "Everything is always you! Why do you get everything?!" The warrior spat at Zack, spit - duh - coming out of his mouth. "Freaking crap!" Sakili snapped. When he realized what he had said, he began to back away, glaring at the pack, before turning away and sprinting off like a bratty baby.

Apitre

Apitre froze mid-lick, caught in the middle of twisting around to get at the fur on her back. She stared wide-eyed at Sakili, who had spit running down his muzzle as he crouched in a defensive position. He suddenly spun around and took off away from the pack. Surprise rang in her. She had always thought Sakili was a little dramatic, but who knew he would act like this? "Wow," she murmured. "Sakili is weird." She wondered if he knew that there were possibly walkers where he was running, but she decided he wouldn't care as long as he was away from the pack. She had no idea where he was going anyway, and she decided to watch his figure.

So she watched.

Terizot

Terizot took off after Sakili, easily catching up with the angry wolf. "That's no way to act!" he shouted at him, running alongside him. He could sense the frustration and rage vibrating from Sakili, and he didn't like that. "What is up with you and Zack anyway? Zack doesn't get everything he wants!" At least I don't think so, he thought to himself.
