I can't create new characters?

when I go through the process of creating a new character, once I am done and hit *ok* the box comes up that says *creating...* and that is it. nothing else happens. it isn't frozen and it doesn't crash, I can still hit the back button.  but no matter how long I leave it running my character is never created. Help would be dearly appreciated <3 even if I don't edit the character at all, and leave it the default, it still wont work.

I remember this happening to me once. My memories a bit fuzzy in this area but I think I pressed the back button and tried creating it again, and I think that did the trick.
But as I said, I don't remember exactly what I did xD

I have tried at least 5 times, still no dice. I am going to shut my computer down for a bit, see if it is a problem on my end.

When the server is full of people, or it is buggy, you need to wait for another hour when it is empty. Hope this helps.
