Anyways, how long is your username? Do you have special cases in it such as , . ?! in it? Did you try to switch your rendering system from OpenGL to Direct 3D9?

Sorry that the game isn't working for you. The above suggestions help, so try them. Also try searching through the BIG Help thread. As Feareh said, FH doesn't always load when your username has more than 16/20 characters, whether it be uppercase, lowercase, symbols or numbers. Please wait while Feareh gets a mod to move this for you.

Maggie, please calm down. If your username or password is over 16 characters, you will need to make a new account. Also check if you typed the password and username correctly, using no symbols in your password. What does this error say? It would help a bunch if you told us.
