Valley of the Crescent : IT server needing staff

Hey there guys ^^'
  As you can see, I am not very active on the FH forum (even if I am playing for more than2 years lol ) but now I decided to make a thread. Me and my in-game sis decided to have a new IT server (named "Valley of the Crescent") and we need a few staff members. At the moment, we got 2 mods, a global mod and 3 admins (the third one will make an account soon) sooo..we still need some game designers. Now I won't write all the details, I will post the forum link after that I finish everything else I wanna say, so you can read 'em there. Ok...after that you joined the forum go to announcements--->staff is needed. There you will have all the details that you have to know about being a mod (normal one, not global, cause' hey shall have more experience, so they will be chosen by the actual staff ) or game designer. Post your staff app as comment.   If you got any other questions or you just wanna meet me in-game (in fh of course), my username is Twilight99 (it has nothing to do with the twilight saga, this is a random name.) Or, if you don't wanna be a staff just join the forum and feel free to post anything

May i ask. How do you make an IT server? I am very dumb coming up with this question. But i do need help or maybe you know someone who might help?

well first you shall get the IT codes (just write "impressive title codes download" on google and the first link shall open you the K.I.T.O. forum where you can download 'em..if not...you can search them anywhere else).You will need some people who got experience in programming. When the basic game  is done (it should be almost like IT 0.7 I think) you need someone then you need some objects/markings/etc. etc.  to make your server unique. In the end, if you think that your mods/global mods can't handle a big task as a ne IT server, find a few more. I guess that's it..maybe it sounds simple but huh I think that the server where I am admin will be released in the summer of 2014 (even if it is gonna be finished a little earlier lol)...At the moment we are choosing our staff '

Ahh right ok well thanks ^^, i really appreciate it. I do hope to find someone who has experience in these things but for now i'm hanging by a loose thread.
