The Deir cats got ontop of a branch. The cats didn't follow, "Cowards! Get down here and fight!" Then a guard screeched, "You idiots! This is wood! We have the Amber! We can force them out!" Velenka's eyes widened as the bottom of the tree was set aflame. The kits screeched and Velenka snatched them up by their scruffs and leapt higher and higher until they were at the very tip of the tree. The fire advanced, as the guards watched and laughed. "Look!" Kiko yowled. Velenka looked, and saw a pool near the tree. If she leapt hard enough.. The fire was only whisker-lengths away. She tried to crawl higher, but to no avail. She bunched up her muscles and leapt. Velenka felt like she was flying. She shut her eyes. She closed her nostrils and ears. Water hit Velenka like a boulder was thrown at her. She got to the surface, keeping her head up. The kits were coughing. Velenka was coughing, but didn't open her mouth, knowing if she did Kiko and Kika would certainly drown. They made it to the shore. She let the kits down, and they coughed and sputtered, but still alive. Kika threw up some water, and she licked Kiko, and eventually he coughed up water. "Kits, get the water out of you, then we will have to find the other cats. The kits coughed up a little more, than they stood up. Kika muttered, "I want that rabbit."
"Oh no!" Velenka whirled around, facing the castle, "The stones!"
Sitka threw off a guard, and turned to face another. How many were there?! He charged the guard. The cats hissed and clawed his cheek, leaving three deep marks. Sitka screeched in pain. He flung himself at the guard. He looked at the guards helmet. No Amethyst, or Amber! He lept off. A lazer straight beam shot at the guard, and he erupted into flames. He watched as the slaves and cats of the rebellion tried to escape. Some guards attacked them. Sitka charged, grabbing a guard who had an ocicat kit pinned down. The kit escaped, and the guard clawed Sitka's armour, getting his claws stuck in some chainmill. He yanked his claws out, bending one claw and ripping another one straight out. He shrieked in pain, licking his bleeding paw desperately. Sitka slammed his head into the stone floor. The guard didn't get up. He got the slaves out. A cat pinned him onto his stomach. Sitka turned. Mau was standing over him, "I am impressed, very impressed with this little rebellion you set up. But whether you like it or not, you will be flatlined."
