Personality: Nathaniel is extremely serious. He gets angry if rules are not followed perfectly, but would never dare lash out or physically attack anyone. That's where his ability- pushing- comes in. He can give you horrible thoughts and emotions, and, if he's feeling extra sinister, can turn you against your closest ally, all by just looking you directly in the eyes. He can implant in your mind the notion that outside is, in fact, a terrible thing, and that the only safety is inside, locked in your cage. He can implant fear if you attempt to attack, as well. While he isn't exactly the most caring person, he isn't exactly the meanest. He can be your friend- of course, if you aren't on his bad side. While not on duty, he tends to be fairly laid back, but always on alert.
History: Nathaniel doesn't remember his history before the lab at all. As far as he knows, he's been here forever. In fact, he only arrived here when he was ten, after unintentionally pushing one of his friends to walk out in traffic (he had accidentally implanted the notion that it was safe) and killed him. Once his parents discovered this ability, they sold him into science so that there could be a treatment that prevented anything like an accidental assisted suicide. However, when he was brought to the lab, the scientists saw him as a perfect guard. As a result, he was restrained and brainwashed into guarding the rest of the gifteds and DNAs. Not once has he ever questioned his duties.
