Having some difficulties with Preset Sync [Solved!]

I download Raz's modified FH for Win7 and replaced the file in my folder as instructed, but when I try to run it, I get this:

So how do I fix this?

Seems like irrKlang.dll has some problems. Well, delete the whole FH folder (back-up any important things, like presets, items, screenshots, textures, etc.) and reinstall it. After making sure the download was fully completed, REINSTALL Raz's modified FH, and try to run.
