Dont crashes just tick you off?!

 I have windows seven. My game when i click the thing to play it just crashes! UGGGG! Please help.
I am a noob and if someone could post a long tutorial or a link I would be really happy! Thanks!

Are the caps in the title really necessary?

Well, for your crashing problem, it could be something in your FH folder that could be massing things up. Most commonly it's duplicate particles; delete any particle files in your particles folder that end in something like _0 _1. Good luck.

You know using caps doesn't make people respond faster, just saying. Anyways why don't you try running your game from OpenGL to Direct3D9. You can switch this from your game option main menu or you can go into your Feral Heart folder and find your ogre notepad file.

what if i dont have 3d9 or whatever? Do i just change it in notepad?

Actually it needed something to run it because it was in picture letters and all screwed up, so i went on to Google because it told me to. Then it immediatly installed a virus and now i have this weird slow pc scanner that want's to destroy all my files and my profile thing.... I donno what to do :,(

I don't think you need to run anything to use Direct3d9. When you open Feralheart, a popup should come up. It will say OpenGL and a bunch of other options, just click on OpenGL and change it to Direct3d9.

If this doesn't work, try these:

Check your particles folder for any files ending in _0 or _1.
If you have installed object in the my_objects folder, I suggest deleting everything from that folder.
If nothing above works, reinstall Feralheart.
